Great Software, But how to reset it?

Great software.
I have finished all the lessons, but I want to re-do the lessons again.
How to reset the progress?
Without resetting, it can not record your new progress.

Update:
Just figured it out by checking the help
you can remove this folder to reset the software: ~/Library/Containers/jp.ogihara.typist

Great software. I will re-do all lessons until I reach 80 wpm :)
